nothing gets rid of it. I use Google, and about 2/3rds of the links redirect me to a random search engine (shitty ones like toseeka.com, info.com, etc)

I cannot figure out how to fix this. Anytime I Google for an answer, it redirects me. I have run AVG, Spybot, and some Malware program, and still no fix. HELP!

PS. I did put this in Security section but nobody visits there and I need this gone

EDIT: Combofix seems to have done the trick -- thanks AMDhunter

If you are running IE or Firefox switch to the other one and see if the problem persists. Or even try Chrome/Safari/Opera. If it doesn't effect another browser.....Presto! Problem solved :p Otherwise you have a deeper problem with Windows.

Backup the file, and try deleting the above and see if that fixes your problem. Restore the backup if deleting these breaks anything.

If using Firefox, Tools - Options - Advanced - Network - Settings (make sure it's not going through a proxy), I've also had great success with Combofix in safe mode.
