HELP!

I just flashed from the HP bios to the latest Asus P2b98-xv bios.
Now I get a error

PREVIOUS BOOT INCOMPLETE OR CMOS CHECKSUM ERROR CHECK CPU INTERNAL CORE SPEED

I made sure the jumper is on 100mhz FSB and the jumpers are on the correct 3.5x multipler on the motherboard.

Even when I set the CPU to manual 3.5x 100 for the 350 it only detects as 175MHZ and always goes to the bios screen

I have a PII-350 on Asus P2B98-XV from a HP 6370Z

I'd flash it back to the old bios, unless the update was to resolve some issue you were having, in which case I'd search for yet another bios to try.

It should probalby have the multiplier set to 5.3 and be on the 66mhz fsb. I don't think any P2's used the 100mhz fsb.
