Tried to oc x2 4400 to 220 x11, also changed ddr bus speed to 220, after restart
system is running but screen shows nothing.

what's the problem? Should I take the batter off from the mobo?

Reset CMOS (with a jumper), go to CPU/Overclocking forum, check the quick AMD overclocking guide and follow the instructions.
 
Or you cound try powering the system while pressing down on the INS key. If this does not work, check your mobo manual on how to reset the cmos.
