Help. Babby won't sleep horizontal like a normal human

Ours stopped breathing and nearly died if we didn't have an oxygen machine and mom knew proper CPR. It can block their airway if it occurs at the wrong time (sleep, in our case) and they can die in their sleep. Mom is already in crazy mode so to help relieve stress we constantly have ours on a monitoring device that will alarm if her heart rate or oxygen goes below a certain level.

Didn't want to scare OP but same thing happened to our youngest. We got him the reflux medicine (had to try two different ones) and an inclined bed and all was well.

One other tidbit of wisdom....

For those of you with refluxy infants that projectile vomit at will....

Two words: Simply Thick.

This stuff was a lifesaver for us. You add it to the formula and it thickens it just enough that it stays put. We went from cleaning up spitup 5x a day to almost never.

I've heard this product is pretty effective. Unlike velcro it will work well into their teen years
