how much of a hassle is this? Last time I signed up for a FB account was probably around '07, deleted it about 6 months ago.

Wouldn't mind to have one lying around for occasions like this. I hate to sound all tinfoil-y, but I worry even with a fake one, facebook could still find out who I actually am, not that they would care, but you never know these days.

Can't say I'm surprised there. It does surprise me that companies like google, facebook, yahoo etc., which don't really have a product short of some code and a feedlot full of consumers, can be considered to be "worth" so much. At least companies like Intel, TSMC and other tech companies are using engineers to make tangible goods.

I guess there's a good going rate on feedlots, or advertising.
