Help - Asus K7V & Athlon 800Mhz

I got my case today and am in the process of putting my computer together. I'm stuck at the "CPU External Frequency Setting" part. What should I choose? The last time I put my computer together, the mobo manual had a matrix diagram that I could use. For example, the old manual had a table laid out with information regarding different jumper settings for different cpu speeds. The ASUS manual does not have this. Neither does the ASUS web site.

Am I to set the external speed in the BIOS instead of using the jumpers?

The easiest way is to set the jumper on the motherboard to the Soft Menu (I think it's default, according to the manual). Now - leave everything in BIOS in default, or normal (if I remember correctly - that would be 100 Mhz). Later, If you'll be eager to tweak or OC - you can do it form the bios without popping up the cover...
