Whenever I've had a problem on these forums someone has always helped me and likewise me for others.
I was bought a Pioneer CD player for my birthday last year which I like. The other day the rear-right speaker channel gave up on me, it works if I really turn it up, so the signals getting through, it just aint getting amplified.
I have basic electrical knowledge so I downloaded a service manual and had a go at following the channel through and seeing if I could identify the problem. Now I think the problem is the Power Amp IC. There is only one IC for the power so it must doing the job for all for channels.
So my question is, if anyone has the time and knowledge just to check my logic before I order the new IC then leave a post and i'll forward the service manual to you so you can have a look.
Thanks in advance
