Help! Anyone own a Lucent 9130 Cordless phone?? Lost the AC Adaptor

Somehow i lost my AC Adaptor for this phone when i was moving. Does anyone know what Volts/Amps and plug size this phone needs?? I cant find information on this phone anywhere!
