Somehow i lost my AC Adaptor for this phone when i was moving. Does anyone know what Volts/Amps and plug size this phone needs?? I cant find information on this phone anywhere!

I have a MDW 9031, its probably totally different. I think I have some Lucent catalogs laying around my desk I could look through for you.
