"Help and Support" doesn't work

hi

when i click start and selet "Help and Support", it has no response.

I want to use its System Restore, but simply can't.

anyone knows what is the problem? i remember i Disable some services.

Believe it or not, there's a service for Help and Support. I don't remember the name, but make sure it's enabled and running.

 
You don't need to go to Help and Support to get to System Restore. Just go to Start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools>System Restore.
