Help! All I want to do is put some blank space between my video files on a DVD!

Trying to make a quick DVD playing the same video file over and over again. Using NeroVision because it's what I have installed, but there doesn't seem to be a way to just insert some blank space to create a 2-3 second pause before it starts over again!!

Either that or I need to find an MPEG file with just a blank screen!

Can anyone help??
