Help! Adobe After Effects has stopped working...

Last night and today I have been editing a movie for school, and I used After Effects for some colour correction. It worked perfectly, no signs of ANYTHING wrong at all! But for some reason, I cant load After Effects up anymore! It just shuts down at the loading screen! I have restarted my comp various times, and still nothing. I cannot reinstall it because I dont have the disc anymore. Please, i need help my assigment is due tommoro! What could possibly be causing this??
 
Have you tried posting in the Adobe forums? They're pretty active and very helpful with a lot of things.

how did you have Adobe After Effect if you have no disc? What version? Creative Suite? Try out program?
