Help, Access Denied for certain folder!

I was just clicking aroung in explorer and I might have done something that made an entire folder locked out. It's my video clips folder, and when I try to play a file, i get the message "Access Denied" What did I do? And how can i reverse it?
 
OS?? File system??? Can you be more specific???

It sounds as if you might be using W2K/NT and NTFS. If so you might have changed the file/folder permissions.
