Help a noob out

I search around, but couldn't find a comprehensive thread about this.

I am kind of new at overclocking and haven't really gotten to try in the past. Going off of a friends suggestion, I bought the parts that he said would make a decent gaming rig. They are:
CPU - i5 760
MOBO - ASUS Maximus III Gene
Ram - 4GB Mushkin Enhanced Redline 1600 Mhz 6-8-6-24
GPU - EVGA GTX 460 Superclocked
PhysX - EVGA GT 240 Superclocked
HDD (system) - 2 x Intel X25 40GB SSD (Raid 0)
HDD (Media) - Seagate Barracuda 1TB
Case - Cooler Master 690 nVidia special edition
PSU - Corsair TX 750 80+
CPU cooling - Corsair A50
Optical - Asus 24x DVD drive
Optical - Asus 8x Blu Ray drive
extras - NZXT Sentry LX, 3 x cooler master 120mm 90cfm max fans, razer Lycosa keyboard and Deathadder mouse
Monitor - Insignia 42" 1080p 120hz LCD

My question to you guys, since you are all wayyyyy smarter than I am. What would be the best way to go about OCing this thing and getting the most out of it. Please, I already have the parts and unless something needs to be RMA'd I'm not returning it for something else, though future upgrade advice is always welcome.

Let me know what you guys think.

EDIT: Ok, so after about 30 PMs about the 465 sucking... I have RMA'd the 465 for an EVGA GTX 460 superclocked. It is this one here - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...-567-_-Product

The sticky about overclocking an i7 applies to your i5 as well, I believe: link
That's about as comprehensive as you would want, I suppose.

I have no OC experience with i7/i5/i3, so all I can do is show you to the sticky thread about that.
