I think its a 250k salary to be executive chef at his new restaurant opening up in the Borgata Casino in New Joysey. If they suck I suppose they'd wait tables, or be a line cook, or get bought out and booted.

Ok I got about 40 clips in there so far. I'm tired, I'll do the rest later. My favorite so far is where he tells the guy he'll ram a pumpkin up his fucking ass, and whether he'd like it whole or diced. Classic.

Danny is the shit. I have expected him to win 2-3 episodes in...MAYBE Paula, maybe...otherwise Danny's got my vote, dude is rock solid cook.
 
At first I didn't like Danny because he was young and cocky. After a few weeks of proving himself, he can really back up all the shit he talks. I see him and Paula in the final, want Danny to take it all.
 
I figured out that Danny would have about a 75% chance of winning the competition by the 3rd or 4th episode.

Borgota owns it and is ran by the director of food services and such. I also think there is another executive chef.

She should be gone next week. I'm surprised GR didn't let Andrea go and keep Ben around just for his egotistical fail value though. It was great to see him hype his own awesomeness and then proceed to fall flat on his face nearly every single time.
 
Nothing like hearing that all the fancy pants chefs in the entire state thought your dish sucked. ouch Danny..
