You want more like, "Hi, I'm new here but I've read that this is a good place for medical advice. My problem is that I was washing the dog, while I was naked and slipped. Now I have a luffa sponge on stick, up my, ah, well you can guess. So now my problem is it hurts to try and pull it out, and I can't get my pants on to get to the hospital. So what should I do?"

The answer there is to get a hacksaw, cut off the protruding part, and just deal with it....
