Actually, most MAC users I know look more like the PC guy for some reason. The PC users are guys who like to game and program PERL on Linux instead of using overpriced, underpowered, proprietary hardware/software applications. Most of my friends not only hate iPods, they hate the whole m4p file format and the way Apple tries to monopolize the mp3 market.
 
Wow, I must be living under a rock. Where are these ads? The first inkly I got about "I am a PC or Macs" ads is this morning where somebody posted some funny videos about Macs vs PC, i.e. "Are you high" a PC guy asks the Mac guy. 🙁

aside from proprietary hardware, i dont have much against macs. i'll just never use one, because games arent designed for them.

anything i want to do, i can do on windows, easier, and cheaper than with macs.
 
I had a similar rant the other day with a coworker who is turning into a macophile. Every single one of his arguments was rubbish. "I just feel better, happier when on my mac." Bleargh...

While true for desktops, even dell was 300 dollars more for the same exact hardware in a notebook (intel core2duo 2ghz, 1GB ram, 80GB hd), plus there are no firewire ports.
 
THey're good for DVD Studio Pro. I can't think of any other uses 🙁. Oh yeah, causing hell when it comes to file sharing.

I agree. Vista runs like a one-legged whore in comparison. OSX also has a slew of keyboard shortcuts which I prefer to Windows' shortcuts.
