Apparently the PS3 outsold the 360 in July as well. Looks like Sony might finally be gaining some ground. Price cut and more games coming out = great news.

Well, I already have an XBOX 360, but it can't upscale DVDs with the current setup, because I'm not using HDMI or VGA with my TV. If I remember right, it has to be one of those two to upscale the DVDs.

I'll have to think about it, I mean there are some movies that only come out on Blu-Ray that I wouldn't mind owning .

That's correct, CSS limits it to 480p output.
