Picked up a 9700 pro for $317. I know they're cheaper now, but at the time it was the best deal I could find.

Yup, I use to work there, so true, so true.

Best deals at MC are on the returned merchandise tables; even then, sometimes you have to wait a couple of weeks for something to get out of the stratosphere.

Hmm, not so true anymore. The sales people use to be able to mark down the prices and it was up to them to give an extra discount. Now its determine by home office and the discount prices are now just Fry's prices or Best Buys.
