Well, in a kit 'copter, there's Rotorways (kit:~us$36,000.00 complete with engine and checkout) One called "Scorpion" too...don't remember the details.
There's a bunch of kits...I can remember any of the other ones. Check out Experimental Aircraft Assn (
www.eaa.org). There should be some references there to copter kits, or sign up as a member and get their magazine, it's very good.
In a pre-built, figure a decent new two seater to be ~US$150.00.00 and up (most usually up, WAY up. Something like a small Hughs or Enstrom probably closer to 300,000.00 delivered.
Maintenance is much more intensive on a 'copter too. The airframe is lighter, the drive systems for the rotors are much more sensitive than an aitrplane (not really more sensitive, but they drive a harder load).
Cost of ownership for a helicoptor is ~1.5 time or so the cost of a conventional airplane ( I hear...I don't do 'copters, but I'm a pilot and have talked to folks about 'em).

You might be able to find some used in a two seater for under 100.000.00. Find a book shop that carries "Trade a Plane" newspaper or "Aero Trader." Both are also online, I believe (tap.com, maybe?) and aerotrader.net something like that. Trade a Plane is a bright yellow newspaper-looking thing and Aero Trader is a comic book-size (but thicker) magazine.
Good Luck
