It is actually quite easy to create something like this on your own. There are several how-to's (google search) that will show you how to modify an existing toy (tickle me elmo, etc.) with $10 in parts from ratshack, and it only takes about an hour.

Hearing a toy say "Fvck You A$shole" makes a better gift when it is in your own voice.
