I don't get it...

Me neither.
What don't you get?

An expresso tends to make people jittery and hyperactive - doubly so for young children, making them unruly and difficult to control.

Kids also quickly fall in love with animals, like a puppy. So much so that many parents will simply cave in and agree to let their child keep one, only to find themselves to be the one buying food, cleaning up sh*t, feeding it, soaking up p1ss from the carpets, having chewed-up furniture, staying awake until 3 am listening to it whine and bark, etc.

In short, the "point" of the sign is to say "Hey parents, watch your kids or we'll make thing very difficult for you."

Comprehend much?

Thanks.

That's why I love to be the fun Uncle who spoils my sister's kids. Wanna go to a movie? Yeah, let's make sure you get popcorn, big bag of candy and yes, the big soda too. By the time the sugar kicks in, the movie should be over and I am handing you back to you mom and dad.
😀

A friend once asked me to keep an eye on his kid for two minutes.

I gave her a one-liter of Mountain Dew.

Why anyone would leave a 4-year-old girl with a dirtbag like me is beyond comprehension.
