So far my best is like 280 something but I keep fouling out. It's kind of unrealistic to expect a Hemi to launch well at like 5000+ rpm

you gotta hold the brakes as you accelerate up to 5k rpm.. then go..

hold the brakes (space bar) and accelerate (left mouse) until right before your tires spin and then watch the meter on the bottom to hit the brake again at the very last second.
