"I am strong. I am invincible. I am woman."

What immediately came to mind was:

"I am true. I am righteous. I am Clinton."

That really is annoying. Seriously. Can you imagine the outcry if there was a male-oriented network advertised this way (no, not ESPN)? This thought can be applied to other groups. For example, how about BET (Black Entertainment Television)? Do you think African-Americans would complain if there was a White Entertainment Television? How about "White History Month"? Since there's already a National Hispanic University, how about a National Caucasian University? Why is it that white people are not allowed to promote their own ethnic background?

LMFAO so true, that never fails to crack me up. It's all because the minorities are always more vocal because they're always trying to prove how equal they are to the rest of us. That's why they whine whenever they feel threatened. White folks know they're the majority and that it will always be this way, so they couldn't care less how many Black <enter random excuse to promote equality here> there are.

I agree guys ! can't resist saying that women are always into "we r equal " "we r capable " and "we can do it" ..but nonethless there is always an outcry of some movement or the other about women't opresssion......conradictory postures...........it's the world of the opressed not the other way round ! I agree with "dibolic", it is the minorities who r always more vocal and they should e be allowed to be more vocal.....cuz a bigger guy can always take IN more than others.....and the same goes for others !!

Women, if not in developed countries, are Opressed souls in the third worl countries ! And tha's the fact !! They need to get up and so the case for all the regional minorities !!!

The Lifetime Channel is my own personal hell (my g/f watches it every now and then, and of course I get the "how come you can't just sit and be with me?" while it's on. Of course, I can't reply with my first thought, which is "Please give me a gun so I can shoot myself..")

Who could forget such classics as "The Tracy Thurman Story", "Her Hidden Truth", and "She Fought Alone"? Almost every movie is about some husband who cheats on her wife/family, or about some boyfriend who goes psycho-ballistic and abuses/murders his girlfriend.

i think the reason there's no WET or White Guy University is probably because they're not the minority in the US and thus doesn't need such treatment. i've seen leftlets from the NAAWP... so i guess it could exist....


now, in south africa, whites are minority... i think they have Univerisity of Whites or WET already
