Hey guys, this isn't a forum issue but I posted this here because heat23, who Heatware said to contact or support, hasn't been active for a couple months now. I was wondering who else can support me. I cannot login to my account.
 
Why would anyone here help you with another site? That makes no sense, why not post to his question to Microsoft or some place else?

That's why I said to email him.He has an email address in his profile. He also has another email address in his blog at heatware that is in his sig here. Not sure why the heatware site doesn't have it's own help - ahhh! I see it does - its help page says "Temporarily disabled due to SPAM. Contact heat23 on Anandtech Forums for assistance."
