I'm haing the same problem. Doesn't matter if I use IE or Firefox. They both time-out before any pages are loaded.
I've contacted heat23 via PM & email, but haven't heard anything back from him.
Does anyone know how to correct this problem?

Woks beautifly in IE and firefox for me. Sounds like a connection problem on your side guys.

Meh, prob not it, but two months back I had a friend with a linksys router and he couldn't access some certain sites for apparently no reason. Turned out the auto MTU setting wasn't working with the cable modem, he set it to something else and now it works fine.

I tried everything that heat23 told me to do, but it still wouldn't open.

Several days go by...
Yesterday it still timed-out on me, this morning it opens up.
I did nothing within the last day or two that would have changed anything.

I guess I'm now fully trained to be tech support...
"Well Mrs. Jones, just keep trying to get your PC to start up... maybe it will" 😛

You and OP aren't TOO far from each other. There was probably some server along the physical path the data goes that was down or messed up.
