any suggestions for some good cooling on an AMD tbird 1ghz?

i'm looking for something that has an easy clip to take off and put on. i've never taken off a HSF before so i dont want to screw anything up or break anything.
 
GlobalWin FOP38 or FOP32-1.

Some say it is hard to install/remove, but follow this guide and it becomes very easy.

If you can find the GlobalWIN WBK38, that's even better, but only by about 1 or 2 C.
