I think the best heatsink on the market just now is the ASUS STAR ICE --> Here <--
I got 1 2 days ago , and its lowered my temps from 42 Idle to 31 Idle 64/66 Load to 46/48 Load
They have heatpipes and you can add an extra 80mm fan to them .
There a lot bigger than i thought , but there real quality .
You get a Front Fan controller for your floppy bay and a back bracket fan controller & Thermal controller.
Plus LED's on top of the blue jet engine design cover
The Thermalright linked above is a great choice, but that Star Ice thing is interesting. Any pics of it without the fans on it (so we can see the heatpipes and fins)?
If you want to avoid the screeching noise of some power-heatsink/fan solutions but still end up with probably one of the best heat-dissipating hsf around, I'd go with Zalman's CNPS7000B. Copper or Al+Copper makes no difference.
I don't know how overclockers.com managed to get 0,32 C/W or at what rpm they then ran the fan at, but since SilentPCreview got 0.24 C/W in THEIR review, I'm assuming overclockers.com got something wrong...
