Heatsink or Cooling System?

Im thinking of getting an Antec P180. I've heard alot about how this beauty has an awesome cooling system, but i was still wondering ... do i still need an additional water cooling system, or a change of the heatsink to keep my parts cool?

If so, is it recommended to get the water cooling system, or is a change of heatsinks good enough?

thanks in advance

hmmm...this my computer:

gigabyte 81915P Duo (Pro)
pentium 4 3.2GHZ LGA775
gigabyte 128mb ati radeon X600 Pro
2x512mb Kingston DDR Ram
160Gb WD Hard drive

im thinking of the TT bigwater SE cooling system .. because i just want something that keeps my computer cool without being so expensive, and doesnt require alot of modding.
another reason why im thinking of the bigwater is because my graphics card doesnt have neither a heatsink nor heatsink mounting holes, and so water systems like the reserator1+ would be useless. therefore im only looking for a water cooling system that cools my CPU

and because its only the CPU that i can cool, i dont know if a water cooling system is worth investing in, while a heatsink can do something simliar for a third of the price. the heatsink im thinking of is the ninja scythe (Scythe Ninja Heatpipe Cooler SCNJ-1000)

so yeah..please share your thoughts on this =]
