Heatsink help

I'm getting ready to replace my processor with a new Pentium D 915. I was wondering if I should replace the thermal material already on the new heatsink with thermal grease or if the material on the heatsink should be fine.

If you don't do any overclocking, then the thermal paste already on the new heat sink should be fine.
