HeatSink for the Gigabyte 8N SLI Royal DPS Problem

For this Board [L775 version] has a Power DPS thing that sticks out near the original Intel Sucky HS that I cannot fit a good Heat Sink on? Help??
 
It is not mandatory that it be used. Check the manual.
Also depending on the hs you want to use, you may be able to cut etc some of the fins to clear it if necessary.
