Heatsink for Duron 600 on Asus A7V

I was considering to buy the Alpha PAL6035 for my Duron. However today I come across the 'Heat-Killer' from computernerd.com:

It's an oversized heatsink with two fans, is it definately better than a normal sized heatsink with one fan?

BTW, for heatsinks with two fans like this, how should the blow direction of the fans be configurated? Both sucks? Both blows? Or one sucks and one blows?

 
Looks like OverKill to me. I have an Alpha and it runs just fine. OCing my 650 to 950. If you're going to spend $60+ on the fan for a $70 CPU, get a $130 CPU instead and OC it less.
 
LOL. (thing's HUGE! :0) I'm really at a loss at exactly what to say. I know for a fact that the Alpha PAL6035 handles 800@1.9v fine at half the cost. Do you really think its worth it? If you're really looking for a true hardcore solution you can always go for water cooling or a peltier kit (er... I guess you could try to use the above for a peltier). But if you really want the most obscene HSF you can find, go ahead.
 
The PEP66 is good because the fan is on the side (towards the bottom of the mobo)

This means air is drawn across your chipset, cooling it and blown straight into your PS where it is promptly expelled from your case.
