Congratulations to the Pistons on beating a team in 7 games that you were supposed to basically sweep. Congratulations on beating one player. Congratulations on scoring 77, 72, 84, 84 and 79 in the last 5 games vs a very medicore defensive team.

Throw out the regular season now...fact is the Pistons aren't playing very good basketball. The showdown is on...Heat fans such as myself were routing for the Pistons so we could get the revenge. No excuses now...Heat is a healthy team and playing better than ever scoring 111, 102, 103 and 106 vs the #6 overall defensive team in the Nets.

No more Eddie Jones chokes...no more Damon Jones chokes..the best 2 players on the court in the ECF play for the Miami Heat...let's see what the supporting cast could do.

In addition last season Shaq entered the series with a bruised thigh...Wade injured his ribs in game 5, DID NOT PLAY in game 6 and hobbled through game 7 and the Heat were still very competitve in game 7 leading with 2 minutes left to play.

My motto this time around is NO EXCUSES - LET'S GET IT ON.

Blah, blah, blah. Get ready for a repeat of last year you delusional Heat fan. Yes, it will most likely go to 7 games, but the better will team will win.

should be a great series...but if the Pistons average 79 points like they have in the last 5 games they won't.

keep in mind Van Gundy isn't the coach either like last year...the coaching edge goes the Riley this year...

it's going to be a nerve racking series...I actually see the Pistons carrying their adrenaline throughout Tuesday and winning...but the Heat will win game 2.

You are talking about the same Miami Heat team that went to six games with the .500 Bulls, right?

It is going to be very close. Before the start of the playoffs everyone, including Heat fans, predicted a Detriot killing.. But after watching both teams I think it is going to come down to a game 7.. Homecourt is huge for the Detriot this year.

I'm hoping the Heat can win the series. But after such an up and down year, taking it to a game 7 would be a nice accomplishment for the Heat, who have been very inconsistent this year.
