Heat? The Thermostat doesn't move from the off position ever during the winter.

It's 30 degrees outside, and feels like 40 in here. I'm in shorts and a T-shirt.

Life is good.

Wow, that's hardcore. I keep my heat on 56F, and wear long pants/shirts. I love cool weather, but 40F is well below the Tshirt/shorts range for me.

I'm fat and hairy. I can get by with blankets & sweats. Of course, I could also do my internet stuff from school. Except purchases. I wouldnt want my credit card info on a public computer.

If you live in the climate where I do, you'd be an idiot if you said "internet" before "heat."

Considering I haven't used the heat yet because the apartment hasn't gotten below 65f in the main room, gonna go with internet. Probably won't use heat until next year

Are we talking gas heat or any kind of heat? I can live without climate controlling heat because Kaido has the right idea, but hot showers are imperative. As for internet, again, are we talking broadband? As it turns out, I'm moving out of state and will be stuck with 56k for a while. I am going to be jonsing for some innernayt.

Heat won't help me find a job to pay for internet. Internet will help me find a job to pay for heat.

Besides, I live in southern Arizona.

I'd do without internet just so long as everyone else has to do without it too. Also, cellphones have to go.

I am very jealous of my uncle, who heats his entire house with a wood burning stove, in ohio... though he does have like 4 locations of wood stacked 5' high, in 20'x40' sections...

Heat doesn't have pron.

I haven't turned on the heat yet. It's only gotten into the upper 20s so far this year.

Besides, I've always got Fermi to keep me warm while I'm using the internet.

1) Tether phone to computer; receive internet.
2) Turn up thermostat; receive heat.
3) ???
4) Profit
