Assuming I had enough heat to keep my pipes from freezing or cause any other damage to my property, I'd say internet.

Even with the heat turned off, I think enough heat would spread from adjacent apartments to make it livable, although not entirely comfortable..

probably wouldn't die without heat around here, but without internet it'd be a tough call.

i dont live in a particularly cold climate so i'll assume internet or a/c. i'd say a/c in that case.

Basic needs are food, shelter, and clothing. To me heat is part of shelter, and internet is a wants (not a need).

If hot water is included with heat, then I'd take heat. I love hot showers and baths, and despise even putting my hands in cold water for even a quick wash. I could heat water on the wood stove, but that's pretty tedious for a bath.
