I was wondering which one has a better cooling technique?
As the Alpha, the fan(s) is sucking the air away from the heatsink and most other cooler will have the fan blowing at the heatsink. I wonder which one gives better cooling given that if both setup have the same size heatsink. Please explain your selection. Please do not take the heatsink into consideration since I would like to assume that both setups have the same size heatsink.
Thanks.

I can save you the bother of testing, I've tried it both ways with a P7125 Alpha. Cpu temp is slightly lower with the fans sucking rather than blowing. On a K7M ASUS the chipset is also cooled better.

ALPHA's are designed to suck the air, they even have a small shroud. Most other setups are designed to blow the air, don't mess with it.
