I would assume that he's already max level. I normally let people finish me off to give them "the satisfaction winning" (the killing blow), but in my humility, I appreciate it when they do it swiftly. Hell, I could just complete things far faster if I conceded. Albeit, conceding can be a bit presumptuous as I bet you everyone that has played a modest amount of Hearthstone games has seen a time where someone completely missed a seemingly obvious lethal. 😛

100% agreed

i play the game, i expect the winner to deliver the killing blow, but i'm not going to sit there for you to wank it in my face.

Phone version...wonder how this will play on a small screen. Might give it a try.

I tried it on my iPhone 6+, and it plays fine. The default view is the board with your mana displayed vertically on the right. Your cards are placed in the bottom right. When you tap on the cards, it brings them up and fills the screen. You then select a card, and it goes back to the board to place it. It's definitely not something that you'd want for really fast play, but it works. I decided to try it out in the BRM adventure since that doesn't have a time limit.

Tried it on a 5" android, it's playable, takes a little bit to get used to bringing the cards up and swiping them back now

playable on a iPhone 5. Went back and got my free card pack. Got a legendary... unfortunately it was Millhouse Manastorm. So in reality, I got 400 dust.

I would have thought they'd change some of the graphic items to be numbers instead to alleviate space concerns.

Yeah, I loaded it but it was acting pretty slow on my phone (a S3). Didn't try playing a game though (might do it to get the free card).

Plays really well on my S3, quite impressed. The connection is a bit slow though and there some micro lags but it's awesome to be able to finally play this anywhere!

Well, I got my free pack. Probably won't play on the phone again. Starting to like the new cards from the adventure. You really do need to make custom decks for this week's fights (might get by on the first fight with a good rush deck, but the other 2 needed specific decks).

The druid class challenge was a real pain. It might have been just horrible RNG, but my card draw the first 4 times was aweful (as in didn't have a single card to play for the first 5 rounds cause everything was 6 cost and above in my hand and by then it was over anyway since I was down to like 10 health with him having a full board of minions).

I've done up to Drakkisath so far, and that's the only fight that I wasn't able to beat with my Priest deck. Drakkisath's fight is just so gimmicky (all cards cost 1 mana, and you only have 1 mana per turn) that you really need a special deck... or an existing deck with a top-heavy curve (ramp decks).

Yeah, I can see how a Priest deck could work on all but the 1 mana fight. I personally had no problems on that fight, since I looked at the enemy hero power and simply made a druid deck (since it has the best top deck class minions, like Ironbark and Ancient of War):

2x Ironbarks
2x Ancient of War
2x Sea Giants
2x Molten Giants
2x Mountain Giants
2x Clockwork Giants
2x Core Hound
2x Force-tank Max
2x War Golem
2x Big Game Hunter
2x Mark of Nature
2x Naturalize
Rag
Sneed's Old Shredder
Alexstrasza
Kel'Thuzad
Dr. Boom
Deathwing

It didn't last long for me, since on card draw, I pulled Rag, Kel'Thuzad, and Mark of Nature. Rag killed the enemy minions rounds 2 and 3, which let me just gain full board control with KT, and a giant. At which point it was over (since I could keep board control via KT and the giant against anything).

Eh, I looked at the enemy hero powers too, but I just chose to ignore them as a challenge. 😉 Unfortunately, I lack a lot of the high-end cards (doesn't help that GvG packs are such a waste of money) and ended up going with a Paladin build that beat it on the first try. I ended up having some issues with Rend when using my Priest deck. I tried a Mage deck (I had no idea what cards were in it), but that didn't go well either. Frankly, that deck is built using a lot of older cards and needs some retuning. I ended up using a (control-ish) Warrior deck that I built for a tournament (same as my Priest deck), and beat him pretty easily.

Alexstrasza does a lot of work in many heroic fights, but I still don't have her.

I found heroic Omokk to be the hardest fight so far. He drops decent minions as hero power is good as well. I used an aggro paladin to take him out.

General Drakksath was pretty easy. KT works great. Used KT + sunwalkers + force tanks + giants etc to beat him multiple times in a row. Used priest bc shadow word death and light bombs etc are great to regain the board, for taking out legendaries etc.

For rend blackhand first I tried a hunter with traps but I felt the deck wasn't that consistent. Basically need explosive trap in starting hand or it's almost impossible.
Finally I ended up using a divine spirit + inner fire priest to beat him. I think this deck works great on most heroics, but I always try other decks first.
My deck:
2 zombie chows + 1 clockwork gnome + clerics. Turn 1 is essential against rend. Clockwork gnome is used for a spare part essentially to combo later with wild pyro.
Circle n auchenai, holy nova, lightbomb, wild pyro for board clears.
This much removal plus small minions allow enough turns to draw most of the deck.
Lightwells for healing. I never buff these because then they,re ignored by boss and they're basically healing for 6 every turn.
Inner fire + divine spirits, velens chosen, PW:s used on deathlords and stoneskin gargoyles.

I used a similar deck to beat heroic ragnaros while also killing all ten molten giants. 🙂

I really felt sorry for a warrior I fought last night. Against almost anything else, he would have had some of the most perfect combos out there. At one point he dropped the new 3/3 (on damage that doesn't kill it, make a duplicate) and proceeded to combo to fill the board with them. So I pop a lightbomb and they all go poof. He also had a massive armor/damaged minion/enrage combo going, which I simply mass silenced. I mean, he was raging towards the end. And as I said, he was playing literally PERFECT combos and PERFECT plays, but my deck simply had quite possibly the ONLY response possible queued up in it and ready to go the moment he played what he did (he even pulled off the enraged warrior legendary+charge, which he then cast a spell on it to give it +2/2 (or +3/3 I forget the exact spell), but he had to use it on a taunt I had out, and next turn I Vol'jin'ed its significant health and Nova'ed it dead...

Oh, and I got a real crappy daily the other day. It was to spectate a match. I received the 1 card pack for doing so, but I would have gotten that whenever I decided to finally spectate someone, thus I didn't really get a daily...

Priest decks for the win with this week's solo adventure challenges (well mostly priest deck, I used my druid super top deck druid for the one battle that you need to burn off all the 1 mana cards the one guy gives you, could have probably won with priest but won the first time with the druid).

Used my fast priest deck on the one that gives you a billion cards. Worst thing you can do to that priest deck, since I guaranties that I will get the spell combos for making a 1 hit monster, which I did on turn 5 (since that is the first turn you can double, double health + attack=health, and since I did it on a deathlord...32/32).

Damn, my best run at Arena so far, i'm currently 4-1 and still going. I'm playing a couple of games at a time.

Got the Paladin and was lucky with my cards. Nice deck that have answers for mostly every threats. Feels great to win a bit in Arena when I thought about never play that mode again.
