My first impression is that you have (way) too many spells in that deck. Paladins generally rely on board control to win and you need minions to do that.
I can't remember the names/rarity of the different cards but I'd recommend taking out the Hand of Protection and replacing it w/ the guy who gives divine shield as a battlecry, and the humility can be replaced by Aldor Peacekeeper. Both of those are better than the pure spell version of the card imo because they also help establish board presence.
Not sure how well this works in constructed, but I've had a lot of success using Young Brewmasters to bounce those guys in arena since their battlecries are pretty powerful.
I don't really like the Holy Lights either (except against mages). Lay on Hands is better (although it's epic) because at least it draws you some cards. Anyway, I'd experiment with pulling those out and running something else (earthen ring farseer maybe if you still feel like you want some healing).
Light's Justice isn't that good either. I guess it's good for killing 1 health minions, but there aren't that many of them in the game. If you end up running your face into a 3/2 minion a couple of times to kill it, you've kind of done more harm than good. Sword of Justice is a lot better imo (although epic, again), especially if you add more low cost minions to your deck.
I would put getting 'Equality' pretty high on your list because it's one of the better paladin spells. You can combo it w/ consecration, avenging wrath, or wild pyromancer to clear the board.
