There are some mag sites that might have some of these a little bit cheaper but I've never seen Popular Mechanics this low.

Perhaps nice inexpensive gifts that don't seem cheap?
 
I just ordered Pop Mech.

The web confirmation page was whacked & I wasn't sure the transaction went through, but about 10 minutes later I did get a confirmation email.
Glad I didn't resubmit!
