I am trying to get in shape and lose some weight since its getting so nice outside...tell me if what I ate today is healthy enough or if its too much/not enough
I got up in the morning and ran 2 miles and tonight will play some basketball
Breakfast
2 Bowls of cereal w/ milk
Lunch
1 homemade grilled chicken salad(romaine lettuce, tomatoes, olives, and fat free italian salad dressing)
1 Apple
Dinner
1 Banana
1 Roast Beef Sandwich with cheese and tomato
And i'll probably have a snack of pita bread and olives tonight before I go to bed.
if I ate like this everyday would this be healthy? I am more hungry then I usually am but that could be because i eat too much and dont usually exercise. I still feel like I should eat more or add some vegetables....except I dont like many veggies.
