You are sleeping too much. You want easy answers. You don't want to deal with your problems.
There is no easy way. It is work and you have to do the physical, mental, and psychological work or you get nothing in return.
Nothing is free. You are turning away from things you need to face. You need to face the things you don't want to do, the things you don't like, the things you want to put away for later or just ignore. IOW, you need to face head- on the ugly sh!t you don't want to face, and do it.
Do it and gain self-respect and a better life.

My alarm can't wake me up, within about 5 seconds i wake up, unplug my alarm, and go back to sleep, and when i wake up i don't even remember doing it :p, kinda like sleepwalking.

YOU are your own fvcking problem. Put your alarm on the other side of your room and crank the volume until your fvcking ears bleed. That alone should get your lazy ass moving in the morning. After that, starting eating more fruits and vegetables throughout the day and start exercising more.

Exactly. Eat healthy foods at regular intervals, especially including a good breakfast. And get some cardio exercise regularly.

You'll have more energy than you know what to do with.

But is that the stay up all night type of energy? I've usually seen the reverse in that aspect (working out makes me go to bed earlier).

Also, don't go so overboard on protein... mix it up.

I found that eating some fruit and carbs (toast or bagel) gets my body feeling good. That is of course, combined with the stretching and walking.

Oh yeah, I agree with the carbs thing. Don't fall for the low-carb fad. Carbs are your body's preferred source of energy, you won't feel at your best if your body is being forced to get all it's energy from protein and fat.

There's nothing weird about what i eat or anything, i don't think. I looked into energy drinks for a while but everyone told me they're bad for you, plus they tasted awful. So maybe energy drinks aren't the way to go. What else could i try? Something that's not too unhealthy would be nice. I'm not a coffee type person either.

The "energy" drinks have stimulants in them.

Get a medical check up and made sure everything is okay.

steroids don't give you more energy (in the sense of what the OP wants)...

steroids are only justifiable if you suffer from breathing disorders or atrophy.

otherwise, you are just a little man who doesn't want to put in the work.
