I rarely have any energy at all. Even when i sleep a good 10-14 hours i wake up and still won't have any energy for the rest of the day, so i never feel like doing anything. There's nothing weird about what i eat or anything, i don't think. I looked into energy drinks for a while but everyone told me they're bad for you, plus they tasted awful. So maybe energy drinks aren't the way to go. What else could i try? Something that's not too unhealthy would be nice. I'm not a coffee type person either.

Drink less caffeine? Changing your diet may help significantly. :)

This is my area, my hobby is bodybuilding and nutrition/supplements.

What is your age? And what is your height and weight? What is a normal (don't bs) day's eating look like?

I think it's because you're sleeping so much. 8 hours is all you need, no more no less. Eat healthier foods and start exercising you damn sloth.

Do you lay around in bed when your alarm goes off? My cousin pointed this out to me once, and I tried it:

As soon as your alarm goes off, wake up, and stand up. If you snooze after the alarm goes off, you will not like the end of your day.

Last time i checked i was 5'11, 205lbs. Don't think i can tell you anything unusual about my eating habits. I eat a lot of protein. Eggs, Tuna, and Steak mostly. I stay away from sugar a lot.

I do exercise fairly often, but it's a lot harder to do when i feel like i have no energy, if i actually had some energy it would make exercising easier.

My alarm can't wake me up, within about 5 seconds i wake up, unplug my alarm, and go back to sleep, and when i wake up i don't even remember doing it :p, kinda like sleepwalking.

YOU are your own fvcking problem. Put your alarm on the other side of your room and crank the volume until your fvcking ears bleed. That alone should get your lazy ass moving in the morning. After that, starting eating more fruits and vegetables throughout the day and start exercising more.

Could be psychological. When I was absolutely stressed at my last job, and I hated my boss, and dreaded going to work everyday, I couldn't wake up, and I didn't have time to do anything. Not even my hobbies or interests. I just didn't see the point in doing anything at all. Do you think maybe it's related to your state of life right now?

Or it could be some illness, like a reduced metabolic rate due to a lack of somethign in your body. I'm not a doctor, but i think seeing one would help you. Maybe at least he can point you in the right direction.

Well, i'd rather not go too deeply into the cause of the lack of energy, or how my state of life could possibly contribute too it. Let's focus less on the cause and more on the solution :D

Guess i'll go see a doc, i can't think of the problem myself.

Exactly. Eat healthy foods at regular intervals, especially including a good breakfast. And get some cardio exercise regularly.

You'll have more energy than you know what to do with.

Again, I don't think exercising gives me energy. I really don't usually feel like exercising in the first place since i don't have any energy.

You'll have to come up with more than 'eat your fruits and veggies!" and "exercise more!". I'm probably going to go see a doc though anyways, hopefully he won't give me the same advice :p

The solution is dealing with the cause.

Age please.

You ARE overweight. That's like 215 for my height which does feel like a lot even as a bber. (I am 220 now but lean)

Depending on a few factors, you would be much better off -25 lbs at least
