Healthy DIY instant oatmeal packets

This is what I do almost every morning.

2 scope of oatmeal into travel mug
add hot water
arrive office and eat. I don't add anything.

Damn. I fill a huge mason jar with oatmeal and load it with butter and brown sugar and whole milk. Nuke it at work and BAM.

I buy Quick Oats...

I measure out 1/2 cup of oats in a bowl, measure out 1 cup (using the same scoop) of water, microwave for 1-1:20. I grab a tablespoon to eat it with and scoop out 1-2 tablespoons of Creamy Jif Peanut butter (1 big glob) and fill my coffee cup with black coffee.

When the oatmeal is done, I drop the spoon filled with PB on the oats and let the heat melt the peanut butter.

That breakfast is 340 calories and has plenty of fiber, carbohydrates, fat, caffeine, and protein.

I use soy or almond milk in mine, throw in a liberal helping of cinnamon, and nuke it. Prep time is ~90 seconds, and by the time I'm where I'm going, it's ready to eat. If I'm feeling adventurous, I'll bring along some blueberries to toss in for a bit of sweet.

Quick oats are awful.
