I pretty much eat "when I'm hungry." Is that a bad/good thing? Some of you may say "well youll just get fat", but I'm not. For example, some days I am just hungry as all get out and eat like 5 or 6 meals, packing away 5000 calories. Other days I only eat 2 light meals, only packing away about 1500 calories. Since I'm a 17 yr old guy, my larger calorie intake is more common. Anyways...I guess my question is: is it ok to just eat when you're hungry, as long as you dont overeat; or to always have 3 square meals a day?
