headset w/ mic

I'm in the market for a headset with a mic....I want great sound with a super great microphone..I play UT2K4 and I'm always on teamspeak with my clan-members.
Any recommendations for a good pair for around $100.00 US dollars + or - 20 bucks would be nice....

do you really need a headset with mic connected? or can you get a stand mic and headphones? i have a plantronics microphone, which cost around 25 dollars... it works great, best quality sounding of everyone i know in vent and then i have a pair of Sony MDR700... i love these headphones, my third pair and i highly recommend for sound quality, great bass and it picks up everything. Sorry if this was a waste and you need a mic with headset combine, but this is my 2 cents.

edit: the Sonys are 100 dollar headphones

For a good headset, get the Sennheiser PC-150. You won't like find much better.

I got my sennheiser pc150 from buy.com last week when it was 35 dollars and I had a free budget shipping coupon (still arrived three busines days after I ordered it). Buy.com has it for 39.99 right now. I'm very happy with both the sound quality and the mic quality, especially for spending less than 50 dollars.

I agree, just got the PC 150 and it is awesome for less than $50.00!
