headset that works with laptop and Xbox 360?

I'm in need of a headset for both my 360 and my laptop. It seems kind of stupid to have to buy two separate headsets, seeing as how the 360 controller has a fairly-standard 2.5mm jack. Are there any good, reasonably-priced headsets that anyone could recommend?
 
Laptops have 3.5mm jack and they have separate input and output. So you're going to have a hard time finding one that does that.
