Headset Logitech G430 only Left Earphone is working while connected with USB

Hello everyone

i just bought Logitech Headset model G430 ... after i plugged Speaker and Microphone 3.5 mm jack into the USB connector and then plugged my USB into PC , i can only hear the sound coming from left speaker while i don't have this problem with phone ( both side works in phone )

i'm using windows 7 btw.

and i'm new to logi ... idk maybe i should install some basic things

Try going directly to the audio port instead of USB.

check the balance setting in the sound settings. for some reason the logi devices at time will cause one side to be set to minimum when connected.

Yeah i test Directly 3.5 Jack and it works properly but i want it to work with USB , because i have plugged my Speaker's jack too

i did but didn't help ; both R and L were on 50 %

OK - that suggests to me that the problem is in your USB. You can also put a two port adapter in your 3.5 port.
