Bottom line for me is that my Grado's can sound really good with a headphone amp, and I simply wanted something to amplify the signal from my ipod without noticeably degrading the quality. I got that with a CMoy, and it is well worth the price to me.

Likewise. I purchased a Cmoy off of ebay and was greatly pleased with it. I dont have hundreds to spend on a perreault or some other crazy headphone receiver.

I use the cmoy with my x-fi elite pro or my iaudio 7 as source, and i have sennheiser hd-595 headphones and yuin pk1 earbuds. can definitely notice the difference in definition.
