Headbanger Earsubs or Koss Spark Plugs "hacked" with Etymotic ER4's?

I'm in a bit of a jiffy here, both earphones/subs claim to have really good sound quality as well as they are in my price range of >$30. But I really can't decide,

Koss Spark Plug + ER4

or the Headbangers?

a list of pros and cons of each would be really helpful!

You can't put the ER4 tip nanother headphone and expect it to sound awsome.....it does not work that way.

the plug sucks. earsubs suck, except for bass.

i cant afford to be exposed to good headphones

then what would you recommend for earphones/ear subs for under <$30
