drink some spearamint tea...apparently, the spearamint helps w/ headaches. Also, take some excedrine. It works crazy fast.
PS...Get off the computer and take a nap!

Depends if it's a light headache or a migraine.

Light headache:
Tylenol, dark, quiet room.
Take a nap.

Migraine:
Tylenol, dark, quiet room.
Load handgun.
Threaten entire house with death if any unneccessary noise whatsoever is generated.
Repeat above for unneccessary light.
Sleep for 16 hours, awaking at periodic intervals to shoot sources of noise or light.

One summer I realized that i was getting headaches because I was dehydrated. Before popping pills, try downing a huge glass of water :)

One of my brothers-in-law is a neurologist confirms my belief that asprin, it's still the best OTC medicine as long as you have no problems tolerating it.

Of course, theres always the French cure for the migraine... the guillotine! :Q

I suffer from constant headaches...been checked a million times.

I generally use OTC medications plus some self things that I have found to work for me. I try prevention cause once I get 'em, they are hard to get rid of! :(
